Buying a home is scary and confusing, especially when you're a first time home buyer. Sam helped us feel comfortable and empowered in this process. Every step of the way, she took the time to explain things, let us ask questions, and make sure we were all on the same page. She also really cared to get to know our wants and needs (I'm a kitschy vintage enthusiast, so she knew a 1970s basement bar would be a plus for me), but also made sure to push our boundaries a little when necessary (reminding us that paint and decoration could always be changed, so it's worth giving a newer home a chance).
