I’m grateful that Serena takes care of us and our renting unit. She is very professional and was thoroughly in every step of the process, making it all very easy. With our busy schedule, we are not the best to get a hold of at time, but Serena has always been prompt and get things done with us. She went above and beyond for us and still continues to do so. We don’t know what our family would do without her.
