Serena is always patient,supportive in a very stressful time of anyone's lives! She always makes herself available even when it should be here time. Serena will explain a situation to us over and over if that's what it takes with kindness and patience. At a very stressful but yet exciting time in one's life, Serena never forgets that and rolls with what needs to be said and done!! Never gives up no matter how later her calls get!
