Serena was amazing right off the bat. I sent in a request for a phone call and she called me back within 30 minutes. She was friendly and professional and I liked her immediately. We set up a meeting and she was happy to accommodate any time frame. During the house searching she was prompt and responding to my emails and made appointments promptly. I could not recommend or say enough about Serena Laye. She is well worth the 5 star review.
