We found a house out of Chilliwack we wanted to write an offer on in the Cariboo, and Serena was kind enough to write the offer and represent us. She went above and beyond in her research in an area she is not familiar with to make sure we had all our bases covered. She listed our house in Chilliwack and held my hand thru the whole process as we were unfamiliar with some of the steps and when to do things. I felt an absolute sincerity in her doing what was right for us. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed. I would absolutely use her again, and feel I made a new friend thru the process. She is a "get the job done person" and on her A game for sure.
