Serena was extremely helpful. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests and made the process extremely easy and efficient. Serena responds quickly and is knowledgeable enough to answer the majority of questions when she does. If Serena doesn't know the answer right away she gets back with the answer in a quick and timely manner. While this time was only for getting into a rental I would very much consider using Serena again when it comes time to buy a house of my own if its location falls within her jurisdiction.
