Serena does way above and beyond required duties. She is very in tune with what I ask of her, & is able to solve, very efficiently, every issue that comes up, and communicates results quickly. Serena made everything go so smoothly, and without any stress. she handled everything for me, which I needed, as I am making a move at age 80 years and alone.Serena comes very highly recommended.
