This was consistent with the overall experience, including limited support during negotiations, lack of attention to detail, and repeated errors in documentation, including the business address being entered incorrectly twice on a legal document and requiring correction. We relied on you as our broker to provide guidance and transparency throughout the process. Learning about these limitations only after closing further demonstrates the communication issues we experienced.
