We met Shak Jalil from one of open houses. We made up our minds to work with Shak after having 30 minutes chat with him. He was very knowledgeable, fun and hard working guy. Shak came up with a wining strategy for the sale of my condo in the SW. His experience, advice, process, and supporting team were on point, as shown by the results. The property got sold only in 12 hours after re-listing on Thursday (His trick). We were extremely happy because our previous realtor couldn't sold our house during 14 days with 17 viewers.
