I reached out to Shak as a first time seller not knowing what I need to do in order to sell my home. He told me everything I needed to know and was so extremely patient with all the questions and concerns I had. Shak had listed my home within days of speaking to him and had listed it at a really good price however I was adamant on the price I wanted. He assured me he would his absolute best to accommodate my needs. During showings he would go into the house if I forgot something or didn’t do what he had asked me to and would do it himself. Shak was so hands on with everything and kept me in the loop everytime there was an offer. I gave shak a really hard time a few days before my house was officially off the market but shak was so patient and was really there for me and listened to all my problems and concerns that I had.
