I reached out to Shak as a first time seller not knowing what I need to do in order to sell my home. He told me everything I needed to know and was so extremely patient with all the questions and concerns I had. Shak had listed my home within days of speaking to him and had listed it at a really good price however I was adamant on the price I wanted. He assured me he would his absolute best to accommodate my needs. During showings he would go into the house if I forgot something or didn’t do what he had asked me to and would do it himself. Shak was so hands on with everything and kept me in the loop everytime there was an offer. I gave shak a really hard time a few days before my house was officially off the market but shak was so patient and was really there for me and listened to all my problems and concerns that I had. The house was off the market for the price I wanted within days of putting it up for sale, it was surreal! Even now he will message me every few days just to make sure that I don’t have any questions or concerns on my end. Shak really made the process super easy for me because I thought selling a home can be stressful but I never felt that because shak had taken all the stress onto himself. He’s just so honest with his work that’s why I believe you’re able to see such quick results with him. I believe shak deserves all the credit and success because of the work he puts into selling your property. He makes you feel like you’re his top priority and really values what you have to say and what your opinion is on every thing. He will do exactly what you want him to do and I never felt the pressure of accepting an offer. He would always let me know that “ hey we got an offer today for xxx “ and would see if I approved or denied that offer and go from there. He would give his opinion on the offer after listening to what I had to say which is so rare. If you’re looking at wanting to buy/sell your home then do yourself a favour and call shak because you won’t be disappointed!
