I am not comfortable with my name appearing on your website.*** Her price negotiation was based on knowledge of my maximum amount, and her agreed price was as close to that amount (above the listed price) as she could obtain. She referred her "personal" home inspector who was very relaxed in his discussions/omissions of problems that were more evident after we moved in.
