In 2011 I had the pleasure of contracting Sharon to aid me in my search for a condo in Victoria. Sharon showed me a bunch of listings including one of her own. I was very impressed that she didn't just push her own listing but rather helped me find the best property for me. She was extremely professional, hard working and was always available to answer questions day or night. Sharon helped me negotiate a fantastic deal and set me up with a fabulous decorator to furnish my new home. Last year I had Sharon sell my condo. She sold it in a day and worked very hard during what turned out to be a very difficult closing always looking out for my best interests. She even took a cut on her commission to help close the deal.
