She knows all the neighbourhoods well and has tremendous knowledge of the condominium market. She works hard, setting up and attending showings, and she communicates well, keeping her clients informed. She is very open, accessible and ready to discuss the issues at any time. She has an affinity for the needs of seniors, and always puts them first, with a strongly ethical approach. As well, she has a good artistic sense and knowledge of how to prepare homes for sale. In 2011 I had the pleasure of contracting Sharon to aid me in my search for a condo in Victoria. Sharon showed me a bunch of listings including one of her own. I was very impressed that she didn't just push her own listing but rather helped me find the best property for me. She was extremely professional, hard working and was always available to answer questions day or night. Sharon helped me negotiate a fantastic deal and set me up with a fabulous decorator to furnish my new home. Last year I had Sharon sell my condo. She sold it in a day and worked very hard during what turned out to be a very difficult closing always looking out for my best interests. She even took a cut on her commission to help close the deal. She technically got the job done, but I would have rather paid more for someone who wasn't horrible to work with (not that she's cheap). Rude, short, told us to sell for way less than we needed to just to get it over with. Pretty sure the sell was mostly dumb luck. You've been warned!

What an awful experience. Tried using her to buy a house in town and couldn't be more disappointed. Rude and treated us like she knew what we wanted better than we did. Never dealt with someone so arrogant and unhelpful. She's in it for the money but I don't know how she holds on to customers.

Was generally unhelpful and rude during transactions. Once the deal was firm she was not helpful at all and never got back to me. She is friendly once she has your money, and is otherwise impatient and not helpful. Customers don't matter to her, she's in it for the money.
