Similar to a used car sales man. Once he gets paid, he disappears. He never sent us a copy of the Purchase and Sale Agreement that included an amendment, and after a few attempts throughout the year to get a hold of him, he made it clear he's purposely ignoring us as he doesn't think it's his problem.
