He never sent us a copy of the Purchase and Sale Agreement that included an amendment, and after a few attempts throughout the year to get a hold of him, he made it clear he's purposely ignoring us as he doesn't think it's his problem. - Ashley Owens

Shawn was the best decision we made when searching for a home. I actually met Shawn years before buying a home, he helped me create a promotional video for my Photography Business. Shawn makes a lasting impression, he's professional, friendly and personable all at the same time. I imagine that is why when we decided to start "looking" at homes, he was the first person who came to mind. He helped us find the perfect spot and navigate all of the craziness in the market (This was mid 2020 and it was crazy). His reputation and good relationships with the other vendors in the industry are also a huge plus and likely helps with his client's success. Shortly after moving in, we received a lovely housewarming gift and they even sent a lovely card congratulating us on our first year. These were unnecessary, but such a lovely gesture! I knew NOTHING about home-owning but Shawn was there, willing to answer all my (MANY) questions. I have watched his business grow throughout the years and it's no surprise that he is as successful as he is. Shawn really is great.
