I did not rate the home staging and and pre advice as my wife is owns a staging company so we had a our homes professionally staged free of charge. It was awesome. Shawana is amazing. She is a sweet girl but a tough negotiator. She does take sh&% from any one man or woman. She is is a real toughy and on the 2nd purchase we were in a tight market but she got us the best for our new home which is where we are now on the north shore.
