This gal is incredible! She started a flat fee listing site in 2010 but we knew shawna for years before that. She helped us buy and sell even after she had the flat fee site because we were her previous clients. Hello there, Ms chaudhary was a full agent before she started the new trendy realtor websites and she was my agent for several years in which time I bought and sold 4 properties al together 2 rounds of sales. I did not rate the home staging and and pre advice as my wife is owns a staging company so we had a our homes professionally staged free of charge. It was awesome. Shawana is amazing. She is a sweet girl but a tough negotiator. She does take sh&% from any one man or woman. She is is a real toughy and on the 2nd purchase we were in a tight market but she got us the best for our new home which is where we are now on the north shore.
