Shelly was both professional and knowledgeable but most importantly a good listener.  she took our often disjointed and conflicting desires/requirements and showed us exactly what we were looking for.  She either had all the answers to our questions or found out generally on the same day.  She was most accommodating as our schedules made it very difficult to arrange a viewing for us, and often had to adjust on the fly.  It was our good fortune to have Shelly as our agent.
