Shelly was always willing to go an extra mile to help with things, super patient if things don't quite work with a house or bid, and got back to me so fast that I would give her 6 stars for responsiveness if that was an option. This is someone who understood my needs and wants for a house. If I had to hunt for a house again, I would definitely get her as an agent.
