I was pregnant with my first child and On a time crunch. Shelly never gave up hope even when I did. She is diligent, always available and very flexible. I never felt forced to make an offer and when i finally found a home, Shelly walked me through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that i write a letter to the sellers to explain why I thought they should choose me. Because of Shelly I purchased my first home. It was also through Shelly that I met an amazing mortgage broker. All in all, I was extremely lucky to have found Shelly and I am thankful for her every day. The housing market is rough and I would not have been able to find and purchase my first home without her thoroughness, openness and caring nature.
