Socrates definitely deserves a 5.0* rating. He was indispensable in the sale of my condo and in getting a top price. There were 3 larger condos selling in the building at the same time. However, he furnished and highlighted our large balcony to be an extension of the living space - it looked so inviting in the photos. After his staging / sprucing up / cleaning the condo, we beat the competition and got the highest price! Socrates has a diverse team who can supply different services to ready the property for sale and we really appreciated the help in so many areas - replace flooring and vanity, major uncluttering and cleaning, and finally staging.
