Socrates Apallas

Socrates definitely deserves a 5.0* rating. He was indispensable in the sale of my condo and in getting a top price. There were 3 larger condos selling in the building at the same time. However, he furnished and highlighted our large balcony to be an extension of the living space - it looked so inviting in the photos. After his staging / sprucing up / cleaning the condo, we beat the competition and got the highest price! Socrates has a diverse team who can supply different services to ready the property for sale and we really appreciated the help in so many areas - replace flooring and vanity, major uncluttering and cleaning, and finally staging. Socrates negotiated to increase the top price we were offered. In addition, he and Claire are very knowledgeable and efficient and easy to work with. I highly recommend Socrates!! My wife and I were blown away by how Socrates handled so many of the details pertaining to selling our Toronto condo, and with such professionalism. Socrates and his team of handymen, electricians, movers, cleaners, etc. as well as his resources in storage, lighting, bathroom fixtures, furniture staging and more lifted much of the stress, labour and hours off of our shoulders. Socrates produced stunning photos showcasing our property and was able to negotiate a much higher selling price than we had expected. My wife and I highly recommend Socrates for your RealEstate dealings. - Stephen Kemp

Socrates Is the best realtor! As a first-time home buyer he took the time to educate me and helped me understand the whole process. He is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help you find the home you’re looking for. Socrates thinks of every detail from delivering packing supplies and boxes, to having a handyman fix some things in my condo before I moved in and so much more. You will not find a more genuine , honest and caring realtor. Claire and Socrates made this experience stress-free and it all went seamlessly. I can’t recommend this team enough! I am so lucky I had them on my buying journey. - Senait

Consistent top-of-the-line service from Socrates and his team! From day one (ten years ago when I purchased the condo), through the rental process (the past three years) until this past October when the condo was sold, Socrates has always been ultra knowledgeable, professional and committed to client satisfaction. Through multiple real estate transactions over the years, Socrates is the only agent that I've been completely satisfied with. With his dedicated team and various connections in the city, Socrates is truly a one-stop-shop for any real estate need. I highly recommend Socrates and Living Toronto Real Estate. - Daniel Gauvin
