Sonnia made an appointment to view my elderly parents home with "a client" today at 2:00 p.m. She did not show up and she did not even to call state that she wasn't coming today. We made a special trip to my parents home in Ancaster to get the house ready to show to Sonnia's "client". We now believe that she didn't even have a client and was trying to snag our Comfree listing. She is very unprofessional and rude. She doesn't live by Keller Williams Belief system. She had no integrity, trust or commitment for her clients. She gives all real estate agents a BAD NAME. No wonder real estate agents can't be trusted. They only want the big commission! She is a joke. Please do not use her as she will stiff you for a better deal or another client!

Reply: Dear David, When you are posting derogatory remarks about a person please get your facts straight. I have never met or even spoken to you (I believe). It appears you have received misinformation from your son Richard as to the events that took place. My “clients” wanted to view your property on the Saturday as they wanted to secure a home this past weekend. Richard indicated that a viewing could take place on the Sunday as an OPEN HOUSE had been scheduled. My “clients” were disappointed that the home could not be viewed on the Saturday as they were from out-of-town. Your statement that “we made a special trip to my parents’ home in Ancaster (actually Mt. Hope) to get the house ready to show Sonnia’s “client” was false as your OPEN HOUSE had already been planned for this time period- therefore I did not cause you any inconvenience. Please refrain from defaming ones’ reputation as it is quite a serious offence and I am asking you to remove it. As I said to you yesterday I am wishing you all the best. Sonnia
