Sonnia made an appointment to view my elderly parents home with "a client" today at 2:00 p.m. She did not show up and she did not even to call state that she wasn't coming today. We made a special trip to my parents home in Ancaster to get the house ready to show to Sonnia's "client". We now believe that she didn't even have a client and was trying to snag our Comfree listing. She is very unprofessional and rude. She doesn't live by Keller Williams Belief system. She had no integrity, trust or commitment for her clients. She gives all real estate agents a BAD NAME. No wonder real estate agents can't be trusted. They only want the big commission! She is a joke. Please do not use her as she will stiff you for a better deal or another client! - David
