I was already in discussions with another agent and wasn’t overly impressed. After meeting Stacey in passing one day, she had such a warm, friendly, down to earth, real person feel to her, I knew I wanted her to be my agent. I waited until I saw her again and mentioned I’d like a second opinion on my property as I wasn’t sure about what the other agent had said. ( I had not signed with anyone yet at this point). She was happy to come have a look and said I could get way more for my house then what was suggested previously. I signed with her and was beyond happy I did. She had my house listed all over. And helped with cleaning and staging. My house sold for 25k more then what other agent wanted to list for. She then helped me find a home. I would send a link of a house I liked on mls and within 10 min she was telling me a viewing was booked. She took us to houses in towns out of the city and all over in wpg. She gave great advice on what to keep an eye out for and what to do. We found a house I loved and I was worried about the outdated state. This is 3 time buying a house and the FIRST time any agent has told me about the home buyers Reno loan. She helped us with an approval and handled all the paperwork. We are now in a home we love and Reno’s are in progress. I can not recommend Stacey enough for an agent.
