I was already in discussions with another agent and wasn’t overly impressed. After meeting Stacey in passing one day, she had such a warm, friendly, down to earth, real person feel to her, I knew I wanted her to be my agent. I waited until I saw her again and mentioned I’d like a second opinion on my property as I wasn’t sure about what the other agent had said. ( I had not signed with anyone yet at this point).
