Stephan Leroux showed me multiple income properties in the NDG area, he was knowledgeable about how I could force appreciation with renovations and his experience as a landlord was also appreciated. The properties I viewed were purchased by another buyer at a higher price than I was willing to pay so I'll hire him again once I'm ready to invest. (Hopefully once the market cools off a bit...)
