We met Steph through friends who had bought their land with help from Steph. One of the first offers we placed was in multiple offers on Easter Sunday and Steph worked with us the whole day trying to get the deal done. Steph is very driven and wants to make sure the deal gets done. Even though we did not get Easter Sunday property we got the next one.
