I had a total blast choosing all the new interior colours, and overseeing the updates to ensure they were exactly what we wanted/ needed in order to get your home sold within the first 24 hours on the market and for top dollar. I know it was quite a process but I'm glad I was allowed to sit in on your strata's AGM (not something a realtor commonly does. LOL) in order to convince them to allow us to cut a window/ add a 4th bedroom to your property - as you know, this added huge value to the home.
