We met Steve at an open house we attended on our own shortly after moving to Calgary as newcomers from BC. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area, that we ended up attending a few more open houses later that day with him. He is an excellent listener, and zeroed in on some great options for us within a week. We wanted to move quickly, and he took us to almost a dozen open houses over the following weekend. Within two weeks, we had found a fantastic home! Every step of the way, Steve was happy to assist us with anything and everything we needed. He helped us tremendously with navigating the daunting process of closing on a house in very short order, and provided referrals to legal services, home inspection services, etc. He was available to us at the drop of a hat, and even helped us move our furniture! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor, and we are thoroughly happy with the service we received.
