If you're looking for an agent who doesn't care, steves your guy! Collects as many contracts as he can but doesn't value his clients. The sale was a rough transaction, he didn't prepare anything.. I had to chase and get the documents I needed for the sale myself. I paid this guy for posting a listing up. Could of saved headaches and money had I done it alone.
