Unreliable. Always a reason for no-shows and no communication. Always apologizes but we had to reach to him for any follow up. House was taken off market before the date we agreed upon and house wasn’t even put on FB like he said it would. We had no visuals signage for our open houses— although we did ask for some. Steve delivered on his commitment to sell our home in a professional manner. It was not an easy sale to say the least. Highly priced vs. comparable in the area by 25%+ due to significant work done inside and outside. The team worked diligently to ensure we had active visits etc. and establish an offer. There was much negotiations which Steve handled very well. However, there were Some administrative issues that did arise and lack of communication and clarity, but this was directly tied to the assistant and they were resolved quickly, but an annoyance and at a cost to me. However in terms of Steve's professionalism and commitment to sell the property for the best possible price, he delivered on all counts and did so professionally within the commitment timeframe and price range we wanted to achieve. I would recommend Steve without hesitation. - Frank

Unreliable! He insisted that I give him my time to discuss his strategy / marketing plan but he didn't show up nor did he call to cancel the appointment. Also, he offered to do a market research and that his courier was to deliver it before our planned meeting. This was not meterialized either. Unprofessional! - Elizabeth

If you're looking for an agent who doesn't care, steves your guy! Collects as many contracts as he can but doesn't value his clients. The sale was a rough transaction, he didn't prepare anything.. I had to chase and get the documents I needed for the sale myself. I paid this guy for posting a listing up. Could of saved headaches and money had I done it alone. - Ana
