I was very disappointed about the services rendered by my real estate agent as he had my condominium for sale. The issues were numerous; just to mention a few; He would rarely answer his phone/return his calls; his secretary was actually doing all the work, he left on vacation without notice while a transaction was ongoing (critical time of the sale), would not host an open house by himself, had it done by someone else, was arrogant, and more. I felt that since I had a condominium and not a 600k$ house, he did not put time in the sale, other than posting it on MLS. Would not go again with this real estate agent. Shop around, there are some good agents out there.
