I was very disappointed about the services rendered by my real estate agent as he had my condominium for sale. The issues were numerous; just to mention a few; He would rarely answer his phone/return his calls; his secretary was actually doing all the work, he left on vacation without notice while a transaction was ongoing (critical time of the sale), would not host an open house by himself, had it done by someone else, was arrogant, and more. I felt that since I had a condominium and not a 600k$ house, he did not put time in the sale, other than posting it on MLS. Would not go again with this real estate agent. Shop around, there are some good agents out there. - Chris
Wow what can i say! From the beginning a complete désastre, the always had excuses! But don't worry the said! They never answer the phone, unless i called from a different line! Stay away from him and her looser assistant who bragged about her 1995 Audi, they wasted my time, next compagnie sold our house in 5 days, no drama and 60K more !
