We interviewed a few agents to help us sell our home and immediately after speaking to Susan knew we would hire her. There were a couple of things that could have presented a problem for a potential sale: no basement, only 2 bedrooms and our next door neighbour's unkempt house. Once we cleared up the place, Susan and her team transformed the blank canvas with an amazing staging. Still, we were expecting tough sale and braced ourselves for the possibility of our house sitting on the market for some time. However, on the offer day we got 4 offers due to Susan's follow up with each and every visitor (including the people that came for the open house). And not only did we get 4 great offers, but due to her work behind the scenes we got an improved and accepted offer of over 1mil. Not in our wildest dreams did we imagine the house going for that much. So, we sold the house for over 50k more than what we expected in a tough real estate market. I consider that a success. There is a reason Susan is a top agent in East York area.
