In the fall of 2021, my siblings and I had to sell the home that was in our family for 65 years. We decided that we should interview a few agents to be sure that we had the best. 5 Stars! We started the selling process during the Covid restrictions of last year. I have been working overseas the entire time and we never actually met in person. Every single step was completed electronically. Communication from Susan and the whole team was top notch. Messages and emails get a fast response. Every offer and every concern were promptly followed up. We spent lots of time developing a strategy and we were able to adapt that strategy to a changing market. Everything we needed to prepare for the market was taken care of. Cleaning and staging were done with quality and at reasonable prices. They have a pool of great contractors to assist along the way. When an offer was accepted, Susan and the team assisted right up to closing. Need a recommendation for an accountant or other professional, they will help out there as well. Selling a property while overseas can be a stressful event, with the right support it doesn’t need to be. They provided that support and made a complicated process easy.
