TJ recently helped me purchase my house. His market education was quite enlightening and he gave me a complete rundown of all the up and coming neighborhoods of Kelowna, based on my needs and wants. He really seems like he has finger on the pulse of the Okanagan's real estate market. What surprised me was his depth of knowledge in construction and renovations.
