I have worked with a number of real estate agents before and none compare to my experience with TJ. In what was the most challenging market to date; we were able to secure a home with 11 other offers (a few of which that were higher than ours). If it weren't for the experience, knowledge and determination that TJ provided, we would not have secured our dream investment property. As an out of town investor, TJ put in countless hours finding the right property for us and we never felt pressured to pursue a property that we were not comfortable with.
