I met with TJ in January because I was thinking of selling my condo. From that day forward TJ walked me through everything and the timeline goals we discussed were met without any hiccups. Of course in real estate there can always be hiccups... like a super-quick sale - 4 offers over asking after only 2 1/2 days of showings, and no new home purchased yet! Yikes! He then used his negotiation skills for my dream condo (for sale buy owner) and made it a quick and easy buying process getting everything that I wanted and more. Even the seller's of my new place were really pleased with how personal yet professional TJ was with them. What could have been a stressful and anxious time TJ turned into a fun and exciting adventure. I could not recommend a better realtor and I know we will continue to be friends long after this transaction.
