I recently acquired a residential property in Lake Country through a family members passing. I contacted TJ and that same morning he met me at the residence. We thoroughly discussed the potential and both agrees on a listing price with a covid19 handshake. Less than a week an offer and an agreement were signed. From day one I felt like I was dealing with a close friend rather than a real estate agent. Me being 950 kms. away and completely computer illiterate, TJ and his associates walked me through signing documents and agreements by e-mail. (Not totally stress free on my part and probably there's either). TJ had kept me informed of every transaction no matter how minor it was.
