TJ's greatest asset is his communication and keeps you well informed along the way. This deal was a long pre-sales cycle (2 years) with a uncooperative developer and TJ was great at finding answers to all my questions and the closing date moving multiple times. Due to the long pre-sales cycle, we ended up purchasing a different townhouse in the interim and he went above and beyond to help my daughter secure a home for her family. TJ closed successfully on both deals and I will be using him in the future to find my retirement forever home!
