We had the pleasure of meeting TJ for a weekend of showings while Stephanie was out of town. He was friendly, knowledgeable and due to his partnership with Stephanie, he knew exactly what we were looking for. During our viewings we found a house that was right for our family. TJ acted strategically and quickly to negotiate an amazing deal (he even suggested adding additional existing furnishings into the contract, which is something we never would have though to do). While the negotiations were in process the level of communication we had from TJ was outstanding and made us feel relaxed and stress free. Thanks TJ, we love our new house!
