TJ wildly exceeded our expectations - to say he went above and beyond doesn't even come close to expressing just how much he did for us. As a first-time buyer, I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for in the beginning - we saw a quite a few places before landing on THE one - but TJ took the time to educate us, get to know us and fully understand our specific needs. From wrangling quotes, to climbing on roofs, I truly can't imagine anyone else going to such great lengths to ensure their client both has the best experience possible and gets the best information available.  He leaves no stone unturned and does far, far more than what's asked of him (and frankly, far more than what any reasonable human could even expect!). With a background in construction, he also spots flaws and  offers countless ideas on how to improve upon what's there - so he sees potential, but he also tells you if and when you can do better. Beyond all that, TJ is a confident, capable negotiator, is supremely organized,  extremely communicative, and weathers any challenges (we ran into a few) with ease. His passion for his work palpable and though he's relatively new to the field, he will go far, without a doubt. Words fall short, but simply put: our experience could not have been any better.
