From the outset, TJ and his team came across as professional, knowledgeable and motivated to sell our house. The initial price we had in mind was very close to what was agreed upon. Throughout the listing process, we were always kept up to date with similar listings/values in our area and any time we wanted to discuss an aspect of interest to us, they were always on hand to answer any questions, talk through ideas etc. The quality of the media used for our listing really couldn't have been any better, using a variety of ideas to be creative and let the buyers mind wander. On a personal note, each member of the team from TJ down are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Courteous, informed and perceptive, they really are an amazing team, more of a family in fact. Although it took longer than we anticipated for us to sell our house, due to the change in the market, we were never under any illusion that there was a waning interest in the selling of our property. Always on time with the updates, immediate response to any thoughts on a change in strategy and very objective in supporting us for the price point. In the event that we were to move back to Kelowna, we would only be making one call for our agent and it would be to TJ and Steph, a first class team at the top of their game.
