We "found" Tara Hearn via word of mouth- and what a stroke of luck that was! "Our" Tara, was professional, kind, personable, cheerful, and "on top" of new listings as we searched for our first ever home purchase. I had the feeling that Tara REALLY cared whether or not we found our perfect home or not. We shared with her our requirements ("in a perfect world we would like..") and she followed them- not once taking us to view a property that was out of description or "our financial ball park". She not only gave us good, sound advice, but answered our myriad questions; we could call or email her anytime and Tara never once failed to reply promptly. She was empathetic when we lost bids (due to "bully bid offers") and was delighted for us when we were successful. Tara accommodated our crazy availability schedule for viewing prospects, even though, at the time she was planning her wedding! Tara guided us through the process, advised us on bids (and the strategy thereof!) encouraged us when we were disheartened (the market was crazy!), and acted quickly every time we wanted to make an offer; keeping us informed every step of the way. I can't stress how patient Tara was with "worry-wort" me and all my questions! When/if we ever want to sell our home and buy another, we will most certainly turn to Tara Hearn and her professionalism. Without hesitation we HAVE, and will continue to recommend Tara when asked "Do you know of a great Real Estate Agent?" !
