She provided us with an amazing booklet that outlined the home-buying process, terms to be familiar with, and samples of what specific documents look like. Questions were always welcomed and she was so quick to respond to us via text and phone calls which was greatly appreciated. No matter what time of day, or day of the week she was always there for us. I really appreciated that the first time we wrote an offer on a property she met with us in person to explain the document so that we understood what we were signing.
