My wife and I decided in the spring of 2019 it was time to move from our home in Nth Kildonan to the south-end of the city to be closer to our grandchildren, our preference was to buy before selling so we wouldn’t feel the pressure of not finding exactly what we wanted in a home and being forced to move out to something potentially sub-standard to our expectations. We had not committed to any specific realtor and began searching online via MLS and company specific websites and then made arrangements to view some properties of interest. The first locations were managed by Re/Max Executive Realty with Tatiana as the listing agent so we toured a few homes but for one reason or another they didn’t meet our needs; we thanked Tatiana for her time and parted ways. During the drive home we didn’t discuss the homes, we began discussing our encounter with Tatiana. Having purchased several homes over the years in two provinces we knew what we liked, didn’t like and needed in someone representing us. Wth almost no hesitation we both said Tatiana is the realtor for us as during those short few hours with her she admirably demonstrated integrity, expert knowledge of the industry, passion for her work and honesty. That evening we contacted Tatiana and requested that she be our agent going forward for the sale/purchase of the homes. Over the next couple of days she began to work her magic, she appraised our home, made arrangements for photos and a video to be made, and provided us with advice on what to do to ensure potential buyers would want to buy our home.
