My wife and I decided in the spring of 2019 it was time to move from our home in Nth Kildonan to the south-end of the city to be closer to our grandchildren, our preference was to buy before selling so we wouldn’t feel the pressure of not finding exactly what we wanted in a home and being forced to move out to something potentially sub-standard to our expectations. During the drive home we didn’t discuss the homes, we began discussing our encounter with Tatiana. Having purchased several homes over the years in two provinces we knew what we liked, didn’t like and needed in someone representing us. Wth almost no hesitation we both said Tatiana is the realtor for us as during those short few hours with her she admirably demonstrated integrity, expert knowledge of the industry, passion for her work and honesty. That evening we contacted Tatiana and requested that she be our agent going forward for the sale/purchase of the homes. Over the next couple of days she began to work her magic, she appraised our home, made arrangements for photos and a video to be made, and provided us with advice on what to do to ensure potential buyers would want to buy our home. She also spent a significant amount of time with us identifying what we believed necessary in a new home; the must haves, the nice to have and the “no way”. Tatiana and her team did a magnificent photo/video spread with a “coming to market” campaign resulting in multiple buyers requesting to see the property before the official launch. In the meantime she identified several properties that met our requirements which we viewed over a couple of days and ultimately purchased one! With Tatiana’s experience and recommending an appropriate selling price ours sold within a couple of days being listed. Tatiana was able to negotiate possession dates with all parties that enabled us to maintain our original home for a month while we conducted some minor enhancements at the new house and we couldn’t be happier here - she checked off all the boxes! We were so impressed with her, her commitment to detail, to us, we trusted her as if she was a valued family member and that’s exactly what she demonstrated from day one. As you can imagine when the time is right to sell again, we won’t do the MLS work ourselves, our first and only call will be to Tatiana - no matter which company has the pleasure of her as a valued member of their team.
