We didn't use Terry's services but he did bring by some people to view our house that we were selling. When we got home that evening we found out that HE LEFT OUR GARAGE DOOR OPEN AND THE DOOR UNLOCK ALL AFTERNOON!!! Lucky nothing was stolen as my neighbour closed the door for us after noticing it open for a few hours. Once inside, we noticed that some of the closet doors were also left open which wouldn't have bothered us if the garage door was closed! In my opinion, not very professional. We had our real estate agent contact him about this and he didn't even bother to respond or apologize. Personally, I will never use Terry's services. If you decide to, I highly recommend you remind him to close and lock all the doors before leaving.

I’m not I entirely sure how he can deny the fact that he left my garage door open and door unlocked when he was the only showing that I had for my house that afternoon. I probably would have let this go by now when I saw the email since it has been a few years if he had bothered to contact us back when this first happened to explain his side. He didn’t have the courtesy to contact my agent back when we reached out to him. I stand by my original comments and if he wants to deny this actually happened, well so be it.
